Irina Vangelov, APRN, PMHNP-BC, AGNP-C, FNP-C. Irina is three times Board Certified in adult gerontology (AGNP), family health (FNP), and psychiatry (PMHNP). Irina graduated from The University of Tampa with AGNP and FNP and later received her PMHNP from Wilkes University. Irina is respected and experienced medical professional in her industry. She brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our practice, and is committed to providing compassionate care to our patients.

We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to adults in nursing homes, rehab facilities, and assisted living facilities. We provide personalized care for older  adult patients and manage common psychiatric illnesses including but not limited to dementia, dementia with behavioral disturbances, Parkinson’s disease psychosis, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, developmental delays, alcohol abuse, psychosis, and other common psychiatric illness in-person and via telehealth. We provide continuous support to the facilities and the patients during crisis such as suicidal and homicidal patients and offer the initiation of Baker Acts. We offer ongoing 24-hour support to the facilities and the patients with the main goal is  to improve patients’ outcomes.
